Since Eclipse came out I have been really excited, and after seeing it I wanted to make something for the movie. One day I happened upon someone selling an Eclipse DS Case, and since I didn’t want to pay for it, I thought I would try making one of my own, with some added improvements. I crocheted the case in rounds(which was the easiest part). I then had to find red ribbon that would work well on it and look like the cover of the Eclipse book. Also, on the other side is a plastic canvas addition which has eclipse spelled out and a picture. I am very excited about how it turned out, and I think it will even look okay over Beau’s Darth Vader sticker cover he has on his DS.(He doesn’t mind using my case, he just might not take it outside).
I wanted to spice up the apartment with some southwestern style decorations. I started this in the summer and finally got around to finishing it. I think it will make a perfect addition to the kitchen area. I got this pattern from the Bold, Bright and Fun plastic canvas book that I ordered.
