Monster Mash

4 potatoes

1 can of peas

1 can of corn

milk

1 tbs of butter

1 can cream of chicken

3 tsp of cajun seasoning

1 tsp of chili powder

1 tsp of garlic

1 roll of crescent rolls

green food coloring

Directions:  Cut up potatoes into small pieces.  Boil potatoes until soft.  Cook chicken while potatoes are cooking add 1 tsp of cajun seasoning, 1 tsp of garlic, 1 tsp of chili powder.  Shape crescent rolls to look like monster hand and dye green  hand and place in oven according to package.  Mash potatoes adding milk and butter and stir until thick and creamy.  Add peas, corn and chicken.  Stir together, heat the cream of chicken in a separate dish and add the 2 tsp of cajun seasoning. Place mixture on plate and pour cream of chicken over it as gravy.  Place the monster hand on top.  Enjoy!

Ribs with special mashed potatoes

Ribs:

1 pack of boneless ribs

chili powder

crushed red pepper

garlic powder

grainy mustard

barbecue sauce

Mashed Potatoes:

3 cups Idaho instant potatoes

cream of mushroom soup

can of corn

1/2 tablespoon of chili powder

Directions for ribs:  cover pan with aluminum foil place ribs in.  Make a rub out of the chili powder, mustard, garlic, and crushed red pepper and rub it onto each piece of rib being used.  Coat the bottom of the pan with water and cover with aluminum foil.  Place into 350 degree oven until light brown(40 minutes).  Take out, uncover and pour water out, pour barbecue sauce over the ribs and place back into the oven uncovered for 30 minutes.

Directions for Mashed Potatoes:   Follow the directions on the box for the amount of mashed potatoes you would like.  While cooking, substitute cream of mushroom soup for milk, and stir.  While still hot add the can of corn, and chili powder.
