Axew

In spite of my lack of posting since doing Bowser (and school’s best efforts to keep me busy) I actually managed to finish this little fella before Halloween.  Unfortunately not all of his pattern made it to the end of the semester for me to write up, so I just kind of hung on to him until I could remake the parts of him that I lost and post the whole pattern.  He’s the first of the new generation of pokemon that I’ve made, so I hope you enjoy Axew!

Assembly

Sew head to body (the MR should be kind of like a nose on the piece).  Sew arms on to body.  Sew the feet onto the legs and attach to body.  Wrap collar around the neck and sew piece together.  Attach dark hair piece and spike (check picture for placement).  Sew eyes on head with the last decrease pointing to the magic ring.  Attach tufts onto face leaving a gap in between the teeth.  Sew on lower mouth piece ensuring that it covers the sewed on parts of the teeth.
